MOOD & PERSONALITY ASSESSMENTS IN MARIN COUNTY, CA

Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Trauma, Transitions, Personality Patterns

CHILDREN

Parents frequently want to know whether their child’s moodiness, worries, or behavior is "normal."  Next, parents want to know what they can do to help. It's hard to know what to say when your child shuts down or your teen tells you everything is fine. The American Academy of Adolescent Psychiatry estimates that about 5% of youth between the ages of 13-18 have experienced depression. About 7% have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. The good news is that there are many ways help your child to start feeling better.

ADULTS

If you're a young adult seeking a change but aren't sure where to start, an assessment of mood or personality can help. Most adults seeking this type of assessment are currently in psychotherapy or have sought counseling in the past. You may be interested in clarifying a prior diagnosis or updating a treatment plan.

Career assessments available upon request. This type of assessment explores an individual's career interests, values, and skills; they are best suited for those ages 17 and up. Please ask for more information.
